Spoons and cups used to in baking can vary! Measurements, however as  defined by incorporated law are not required – this means that measuring with the use of cups and spoons can changed by as much as 25%. According to research, kitchen scale can be more reliable.

Baking Powder and Baking Soda Last Forever

Thumbs down for this! The truth is baking powder or baking soda can last for decades when stored in a cool and dry place and is sealed properly. But as each leavening agents gets old, its efficiency decreases that’s why it is suggested to replace both of it every six months.
